We accept product returns and exchanges for the same or other products of equivalent value within 14 days of original purchase. The return is made on the condition that the product comes with its packaging, in excellent condition, not used and with the receipt.
For online purchases, the customer is obliged upon receipt to unpack and check that the products are correct, in excellent condition, and in case there are issues, she/he is entitled to return the receipt of the item to the distributor and report the existence of aesthetic defects within a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the item, while in case of expiry of this period she/he loses all relevant rights. The Company is obliged to replace this item with a new one in a short time. In case of invalid notification of the product problem, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition without aesthetic defects.
There are no returns or exchanges on damaged or abused products, products that have been used, such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwave ovens, small household appliances.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days, from the online purchase. She/he can cancel the order for any reason within this time period. This "grace period" ends 14 days after the date of receipt of the products and it is not sufficient to simply return the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, she/he must expressly inform the trader by registered letter or by sending a fax or e-mail. The Company must refund the money within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, but may delay if it has not received the products back or a receipt for their return. This money must include the shipping fees the customer paid when making the purchase. The Company may charge additional delivery charges if the customer requests expedited delivery.
It should be noted that according to the provisions of the legislation, the consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. In order for the consumer to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, she/he should handle and examine them in the same way as she/he would be allowed to do in a store.
Legal guarantee
When the customer buys products, either in store or online, she/he is entitled to a minimum warranty of two (2) years. If the product purchased proves to be defective or does not match the specifications of its advertisement, the Company must either repair it, or replace it free of charge with a good of the same value and quality, or refund the money or offer a discount on the price. The warranty period begins upon receipt of the products. When a problem with the product is found within one year from the date of delivery, the product is deemed to have been defective at the time of delivery and the customer must notify the Company. After the first year, the customer has the responsibility to prove to the Company that the product was defective when the product was received. The consumer has the right to reject the goods and withdraw from the contract or request their immediate replacement in the event that the goods show a serious lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 30 days from the date of their delivery.
Repair or replacement shall be carried out: Free of charge, within a reasonable time, not to exceed twenty-five (25) days from the time the seller is informed of the lack of conformity. Extension of this time only with the express consent of the consumer.
ATTENTION: The warranty right does not apply if the damage is due to the fault of the customer.
